Welcome to our Garden Maintenance Services in Camden Town. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and outline the responsibilities of both the service provider and the client. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • Client refers to the individual or entity engaging our garden maintenance services.
  • Service Provider refers to our company offering garden maintenance in Camden Town.

2. Services Provided

Our garden maintenance services include, but are not limited to:

  • Regular mowing and trimming of lawns

  • Garden clean-up and waste disposal
  • Installation and maintenance of garden features

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Ensure access to the property during scheduled service times.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. Fees are based on the scope of work and frequency of maintenance.

Invoicing: Invoices will be issued monthly and are due within 14 days of receipt. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding amount.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service Schedule: Services will be provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as agreed upon in the service contract.

Cancellations: The Client may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Service Adjustments: The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust service schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or equipment failure.

6. Liability

Damage to Property: The Service Provider will exercise reasonable care to prevent damage to the Client's property. Any accidental damage will be rectified promptly at no additional cost to the Client.

Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services in the preceding six months.

Insurance: The Service Provider maintains appropriate insurance coverage to cover potential damages or injuries resulting from service activities.

7. Termination

Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.

Termination by Service Provider: The Service Provider may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms or engages in misconduct.

Final Settlement: Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.

9. Amendments

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the service agreement.

11. Force Majeure

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or pandemics.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Service Provider, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged in writing.

15. Acceptance
